Qualifications:
- Must be certified in DISC (preferably by TTISI). HBDI, MBTI, EQ, MOT & Driving Forces qualifications would also be highly regarded.

- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Located in Brisbane, Sydney, or Perth.
